Third graders rocked it, oh what fun,
Dr. Seuss Week’s been second to none! 🎩🎉
With rhymes and games, they showed their flair,
Dancing and laughing without a care! 💃✨
They wore their hats and sang along,
Celebrating Seuss all week long! 📚🎶
What a week, they made it shine,
These Seuss-loving graders sure did fine! 🌟

Dr. Seuss Week has been a blast,
So many fun times—oh, what a past! 🎩✨
We had Country Day, yeehaw, hooray,
With boots and hats on full display! 🤠
We danced around, put on a show,
To the beat of Cotton Eye Joe! 💃🎶
And Mr. Brown can moo—can you?
We tried it out and mooed on cue! 🐄
What a week, so fun, so bright,
Full of laughter, pure delight

This day was Seuss-y from start to end,
With tasty treats around each bend! 🎩✨
For breakfast, oh what a sight to see,
Green eggs and ham for you and me! 🍳😋
Then lunchtime came—oh, what a treat,
A slice of cake, so soft and sweet! 🎂🎉
In honor of Seuss, we cheered, we ate,
A day so fun—it sure was great!

🌟 Happy School Social Work Week! 🌟
March 2-8 is School Social Work Week, and this year's theme is Unite to Ignite: Celebrating Our Impact! This theme highlights the incredible power and passion of school social workers as they unite communities and ignite positive change in the lives of students, families, and schools.
We want to take a moment to recognize and appreciate our amazing school social worker, Ms. Rachel Lowder! 💙 Thank you for your dedication, compassion, and the impact you make every day!🎉 #SchoolSocialWorkWeek #UniteToIgnite #VikingProud

Hip-Hip-Hooray, It’s Dr. Seuss Week Today!
Dear Students and Friends, hooray, hooray!
It's Dr. Seuss Week—let's shout "hooray!"
In our elementary, both big kids and small,
We'll rhyme and we'll read, there’s fun for us all!
With Cat in the Hat and the Lorax too,
So many stories are waiting for you!
Wear wacky socks or a tall striped hat,
Join in the fun—imagine that!
So open a book, let’s give it a peek,
And celebrate Seuss all through the week!
Let’s rhyme, let’s read, let’s have some fun,
Dr. Seuss Week has just begun!

We're hiring a Special Education Teacher!

At approximately 1:50 PM, out of an abundance of caution, the district initiated an administrative hold (all students remained in classrooms, and doors were locked and checked) due to an unrecognized individual walking in the building with their hood up. A staff member lost sight of the individual and immediately reported the concern to the office.
Upon further investigation, it was determined that the individual was a student. We appreciate the swift response from our staff and thank everyone involved for prioritizing the safety of our students.

Celebrating Reading with Dr. Seuss Week, mark your calendars!💙💛

Miss Vereshack and some students have kicked off an amazing new initiative! They’ve launched a coffee cart in the elementary where students get to practice valuable communication and money management skills in a real-world setting. Not only did the students work hard to make it happen, but staff supported the initiative placing orders that were served with a side of smiles! 😊 #VikingProud
