Let’s show our support and solidarity by ROCKING OUR SOCKS! 🧦💙 Down Syndrome affects millions of individuals around the world, and this day serves as an opportunity to celebrate their lives and raise awareness about the challenges they face. world Down syndrome day is Friday March 21st, rock your socks!
Glendale Families, It looks like those tricky little leprechauns weren’t satisfied with just one day of mischief. Despite our best efforts (including offering them all gold), the school is still in the dark, but lights are starting to come on across the district. The Glendale School District will start with a 2-hour delay for Tuesday, March 18, 2025. Additional information will be out at 8:00 am if we need to close.

Dear Glendale Families, It appears that leprechauns have pulled the ultimate St. Patrick’s Day prank, they’ve stolen our power! Without lights, internet or even the ability to make a proper cup of coffee, we have no choice but to cancel school for today, Monday, March 17, 2025. Take this unexpected lucky break to search for four-leaf clovers, perfect the Irish Jig or just enjoy a little extra sleep. If you find any tiny footprints leading to a pot of gold, please ask them nicely to return our electricity! Enjoy the day and may the luck of the Irish be with us for a quick power restoration! Shamrockingly yours, Mr. Gildea

We're hiring a Special Education Teacher!

Were hiring a special education teacher
At approximately 1:50 PM, out of an abundance of caution, the district initiated an administrative hold (all students remained in classrooms, and doors were locked and checked) due to an unrecognized individual walking in the building with their hood up. A staff member lost sight of the individual and immediately reported the concern to the office. Upon further investigation, it was determined that the individual was a student. We appreciate the swift response from our staff and thank everyone involved for prioritizing the safety of our students.
